Are getting sued by gamblers supposedly.

Has there ever been a lawsuit, player vs book, that has been judicially decided & enforced?

I do not buy much, if any, of this. The lawyers would want these claims to be kept out of here i think. Teach me please.

I remember Betus.com had equipment seized after I believe an agent sued them in a Costa Rican court.

It's been a long time but I think I have that correct.

Of course we all know the Shrink has been sued at least once by an offshore. You can sue anyone if you can get standing and a jurisdiction. Now collecting is another matter.

Judge...given what I've gone through...I'm doing it. The judgment should not be a problem...more having to do with phone tapes and violations of the 1961 wire act...than it does the crooked software, but I look forward to it...If it becomes a default judgment, I will look to place fugitive warrants on the NY owners and force stations to stop marketing a scammy book...What are your thoughts on success

I tried betus (little NASA) recently with a small deposit. There is some value to be found there in bases.

For what its worth, I recently got a $2k payout by neteller for what its worth.

Only thing I didn't like was they dinged me for 4 % on the payout.
